Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion
Ministry Leader - Carmen Delgado
Because Eucharist is the single most important thing we are about as Church, there are quite a few requirements for this job:
- married in the Church, or single and not involved in a relationship
- have been Confirmed
- are a member of this parish
- are 17+ years old
that assumes the rights and privileges of marriage
If you meet these requirements and have been trained as an Extraordinary Minister in our parish, and your name approved by the Archbishop, this is the job for you!
Lectors
Ministry Leader - Carmen Delgado
Next to serving as an Extraordinary Minister, proclaiming God's Word within the assembly of God's people is the most important role a lay person can be have.
If you are 16+ years old (except for Masses for Children,) have received First Eucharist, and have an acceptable speaking voice, we would love to have you be trained to serve as a Lector.
Ushers
Ministry Leader - Carmen Delgado
Hospitality Ministers are the hands and voices of God to people who often long for a gentle touch or a warm smile. This job is for ANYONE who is willing to give up part of their Mass time to serve others. Why not give it a try?
